BiosYAG Medical System is an innovative platform that allows you to offer the most effective & modern medical- aesthetic technologies in a single machine. It can be gradually configured according to the physician's requirements by adding laser and pulsed light hand pieces for each specific treatment.
The base unit has a Nd: YAG 1064 nm long pulse laser source, ideal for quick-treatment of small-caliber vascular lesions, with no side effects. This type of wavelength is also effective for hair removal on small or delicate areas and tanned or dark photo types where it is useful a high selection between hair color and skin color. In short pulse mode, with a cannula and pump, you can also perform Laser lipolysis treatments.
The H1 hand piece integrates a Q-switched 1064 nm & 532 nm Nd: YAG short pulse laser with multiple dermatological applications. It is specifically recommended for treatment of superficial pigmented lesions and tattoo removal, given its affinity with melanin and hemoglobin. It can also treat successfully seborrheic keratoses, freckles, café-au-lait stains and sunspots.
The H2 hand piece incorporates an Er: YAG laser, ideal for the treatment of ablative photo rejuvenation and photo peeling. By changing the power and spot , you can set the light emission to obtain a gentle and uniform exfoliation, or a micro-photo- dermo ablation that, by progressively removing layers of dead skin cells; it will produce a smooth, shiny and impurity-free skin.
The H3 hand piece offers you the versatility of the IPL. This technique is ideal to achieve a quick hair removal on large body areas (being assisted by its 8,5 cm2 light guide over light skin types and -thanks to its new and exclusive 755nm filter- also over dark skin types. The non-ablative photo rejuvenation represents another recognized treatment known for this technology which acts on vascular lesions, on superficial benign pigmented and over thin wrinkles by collagen stimulation. A 400nm filter treats effectively acne during its  active phase.
